Tzitz Eliezer 10:42 says that a woman's fulfilment of "lasheves yatzarahh"
is sufficient grounds to leave Israel to find a husband.

Since that's "what people say" and I never heard of a conflicting pesaq,
I had just taken it for granted that the ZE's position is consensus.
(Rather than a Daas Yachid that the hamon am thinks is normative.)

[Avodah] waving?right? to a hesped

All things being equal would you say a person (including a parent) waving
his ?right? to a hesped or nihugei aceilut was positive neutral or negative?

[Avodah] zchiya

Zchia by reuvain for an unknowing shimon is contingent on the acceptance by
Shimon and if he declines then it was never his. I?ve always wondered about
the status of the object in the indeterminate state between reuven picking
it up and shimon declining ownership. If the object is destroyed or causes
damage in that period do we treat it as belonging to reuven, Shimon, the
original owner, nobody?
Any thoughts would be appreciated
